Very nice DUPLEX apartment of 47 m2, Residence 'Le Garden Fleuri', 3 storeys. In the center of Blonville sur Mer, 200 m from the beach and 100 m from shops

2-room apartment 47 m2 on 2 levels on the 3rd floor with elevator, living and dining room with 1 sofa bed (140 cm), TV. Exit to the balcony.
American kitchen area (1 hob, top fridge, microwave, electric coffee makers and 1 new Nespresso machine.
Shower WC refurbished.
Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed (160 cm), 1 folding bed (90 cm), TV. Exit to the terrace, south facing Terrace 15 m2.
bedding and sofa / bed replaced in November 2017
Terrace furniture.
View of the batteries of Mont Canisy. Private parking space.
Residence infrastructure: lift, coccimarket, Shops, pork butcher, butcher, bakery, bar / tobacco 100 m, bus stop

Location spartiate mais suffisante pour un bon séjour
Résidence un peu en retrait du " centre " donc plus calme sans être loin de la plage ( à pieds)
Autre point positif : le parking
Salle d'eau nickel
Ce n'est pas grand chose mais un aspirateur à la mer est très appréciable

Das Apartment ist voll saniert und mit einem schönen Sanitärbereich ausgestattet. Die Möblierung sparsam aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend. Die Lage gut zum Ort und Supermarkt. Die Dachterrasse war allerdings übel vermoost mit dreckigen Möbeln
und lud deshalb nicht zum Verweilen ein.
