About this house rental
The house (on one level) is located opposite the Touquet golf club house, in a magnificent private environment, very quiet and green.
Location about 3 kilometers from the beach, dune areas, and the center of Le Touquet (less than 5 minutes by car). Ideal for spending a weekend, a week or more for two, three or four. Also ideal for golfers (there is only the road to cross)
Suitable for families with small children (travel cot, etc.)
She is composed:
* an equipped kitchen with all the kitchen elements (fridge, oven and electric hob, dishwasher), all small household appliances (electric kettle, toaster, espresso maker, fruit press) and kitchen and tableware for a minimum of 8 people.
* a small hallway with storage cupboard.
* a bedroom with double bed (1.60m wide) and storage cupboards (+ 1 foldable child bed). Duvets, pillows and mattresses for the sofa bed are provided. Sheets and pillow shams are provided.
* a bathroom with basin and bath / shower (washing machine in the bathroom). Bath towels are not offered.
* a separate WC ,.
* a living room with table, chairs, armchairs and a convertible sofa (2 places)
* a furnished terrace with teak table and chairs and a awning.
* of a private garden. (allowing to make a barbecue)
* a green space accessible to all occupants.
Electric heating in each room and heated towel rail in the bathroom.
Possibility of barbecues
Parking space next to the entrance of the house on the kitchen side
Possibility to park other vehicles in a private space.

The refurbishment, esp. the new bathroom, has liftet the tiny house to a new level. Ideal spot for golfers (a two minutes walk to the clubhouse) and a few minutes ride by bike to beach and town centre.

Super séjour pour nous, golfeurs. Pas très loin du centre ville et Idéalement située en face du golf, cette maison au calme et bien restaurée est confortable. La terrasse et le jardinet sur le parc arboré est top! Petit bémol pour la baignoire, vraiment vieillotte. L’hôte est très agréable et réactif. Les procédures pour l’arrivée et le départ sont simplissimes. Nous reviendrons assurément!
