studio 28 m2, on the 1st floor of a small collective inspired by the construction of boats, with sleeping cabin separate from the living room with 140 bed; bathroom with bath, sink and wc; living room with kitchenette including: sink, fridge, 2 hot plates, mini-oven and microwave; dining area, sofa bed for possible sleeping 2 additional people; large bay directly overlooking the port of bas-sablons, bas-sablons beach and view of the old town beyond the port; bars and restaurants nearby, laundromat and neighborhood grocery store 300 m away; close to park and hiking trails, at the foot of the city of Aleth; close to the 39/45 memorial and the cap-horniers museum in the solidor tower; ideal for a couple but can accommodate up to 4 people; not suitable for young children

Studio ambiance cabine bateau...sympa avec chambre un peu exiguë. Calme et face activité du port mais sans nuisance.
