3 bedrooms, one with lavabo, new shower, 2 WC, sight on Porquerolles island and Presqu'ile de Giens through pine trees, new shower. Enjoy large terrace all day long: oriented towards south, though shaded by some pine trees. Close to famous kite spot of plage de l'almanarre

The house is nice, everything what you need is there. Furniture ok but a bit tired. Lovely terrace, quiet neighborhood. We had bad luck because there was a lot of noice of the gardeners across the road. The house is not near a beach, you have to walk for half an hour and descend the mountain. There are some stone stairs to go down the hill. Hyeres is a lovely place especially the old part. We visited also villa Noailles, recommended! The contact with the owner and the “key keeper” was fine.

Qualité de l'accueil / Etat de propreté de la location : prestation confiée à une sté extérieure (Myriam) : ++++
Maison simple mais fonctionnelle avec une mention particulière pour la terrasse très agréable, vue sur la presqu'île de Gien.
Quartier agréable au milieu des pins ( le nombre de cigales est proportionnel !..)
Parmi les points de vigilance :
saladiers, casserolles insuffisants, une nappe à prévoir pour la table extérieure, un accès Wifi et le réglage de l'antenne TV.
Rien de bien grave en somme.
Je recommande cette villa, la plage est à 2 kms ( prévoir voiture ) places toujours dispo sur le parking.
