The apartment, not overlooked, is located in the middle of pine trees halfway up a hill, in a small Victorian residence from the 1900s, fenced and recently renovated. Very beautiful volumes, great luminosity, great height under ceiling.
Facing south, the living room (50 m2) and the kitchen-dining room (30 m2) open onto a superb 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea and offering a 180 ° view of the Giens peninsula and the island from Porquerolles.
Fully equipped, it provides: TV, internet (free Wi-Fi connection), dishwasher, washing machine, WEBER barbecue, hairdryer, baby cot.
It has 3 bedrooms, including 1 master bedroom and 2 bathrooms / WC.
The private 50 m2 infinity pool is reserved for the occupants of the residence.
2 parking spaces are allocated to the tenants of the apartment within the residence.

The apartment was vey beautiful, well designed, spacious and decorated with high quality furniture in the living room and kitchen. The view was fantastic. We made good use of the pool in the early evening, as did others who stayed in the building. We spent a lot of time on the terrace grilling and enjoying our breakfast. We had two parking spaces available to us, although we only needed one. We didn't walk to the beach, the apartment was in a gated residential area, about a 10-15 minute drive from the beach or grocery shopping areas. Anne-Marie was very quick to respond to any needs we had, she was an excellent hostess. The area offered so much to do and see - more than we could fit into a week! We hope to return another time!

Superbe vacances dans cet appartement, au calme avec une très belle vue.
Logement agréable, fonctionnel et équipé au top.... avec très belle terrasse.
Belle piscine, commune avec 3 (?) autres logements.
La propriétaire ainsi que la personne qui nous accueille ont été entièrement à notre écoute.
Pour mériter ce calme et cette belle vue, il faut monter un peu ;-) donc compter environ 10 min en voiture pour sortir du quartier.
On recommande sans hésiter !

La vue est magnifique, y compris de la piscine à débordement. L'appartement est bien équipé et il ne manquait rien.
Nous sommes tous ravis de notre séjour...
