My walk to old city took me thru a lovely park, then down the hill to the iconic rampart formal garden, adjacent the city.
Apartment is spacious, clean with a nice view of rooftop and trees.
Exterior of building is modern but slightly off putting. I recommend not paying attention concerning you.

Rare for flat to be better than pictures but this one is. Clean, simple, no frills but everything you need. No wifi but apparently it's available for free in city.

Avons séjourné une semaine dans cet appartement très accueillant, propre et fonctionnel, à deux pas du centre historique de Vannes.
Les échanges que nous nous avons eu avec Maurice furent aussi très agréables. Propriétaire disponible, à votre écoute.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. The rooms are light, spacious and clean. Nice little balcony too. The owners are very kind and honest. It was a pleasure to return there after a day out.
Unfortunately the neighbours in apartment number 6 seem to have carte blanche to keep everyone awake until the early hours with their loud so called "music"
