Idéalement situé dans quartier calme. Accès rapide en vélo au centre ville. Tous commerces à proximité. Pratique pour visiter la région du golfe du Morbihan.

Accueil agréable. Apparemment idéal pour découvrir la région. Confortable et propre. Endroit tranquille. Boulangerie et supermarché à 100 mètres. Parking facile devant l'appartement, mais il existe un garage privé.

Appartement très agréable pour 4 personnes (grand, calme, bien equipé, garage et balcon etant un plus) et très bien placé pour visiter Vannes et les alentours (nombreux sites touristiques à moins d une heure en voiture)
A pied le centre ville et la plage de Conleau sont accessibles en environ 20 minutes.
Tous les commerces utiles sont à moins de 5 minutes (supermarché-buraliste-pharmacie et très bonne boulangerie pâtisserie)
M. Morice est un hôte très sympathique qui donne toutes les informations pratiques et touristiques pour que le séjour soit le plus réussi possible.
Bref nous recommandons d autant que le prix nous paraît tout à fait raisonnable.
