About this house rental
La Stalla is a large apartment (155 sqm) for up to 8 people. Architecturally distinctive are some exceptionally beautiful, well-preserved cross-arched ceilings. The apartment is a private house with two floors. It has 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms with orthopedic beds, a spacious kitchen with dining room, 2 shower rooms and a guest toilet. Each living room has an open fireplace. Above is a panoramic window with far reaching views of the beautiful landscape of the Era Valley and exit to the small terrace. As a large terrace serves the rustic paved courtyard.
The furniture is authentic Tuscan. The kitchen furniture is made of solid walnut wood with real granite countertops. The equipment includes a stove with 4 ceramic hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and hair dryer. There is always hot water and heating as well as satellite TV and stereo with CD / DVD player. Washing machine and iron are centrally located.
Podere Cortilla is a Tuscan winery, an old country house, located on a mountain slope in the beautiful countryside of the Era Valley near the historic Etruscan town of Volterra (6 km). With us you get natural wine and the best olive oil from our own production - directly in the Fattoria. Podere Cortilla was lovingly restored in several years of work, the rustic medieval building fabric combined with today's possible comfort. New is a powerful solar system for its own power supply. The complex includes five apartments of different sizes with a total of about 20 beds. All apartments are spacious and comfortably furnished in Tuscan style. They are located in separate parts of the building with their own entrances, so that you live undisturbed. The country house is surrounded by more than 20 hectares of open nature: forest, meadows, olive groves, vines and cereal fields. Here is an ideal place for quiet holidays in a still very original nature.
