Proprietari disponibili e gentili. La camera ci è stata pulita diverse volte durante il soggiorno. La casa è accogliente,fornita di un bagno pulito con doccia molto spaziosa, nuova e pulita. C’è la lavastoviglie e nel giardino che è a disposizione dei clienti c’è la lavatrice. Vicino c’è una spiaggia raggiungibile con un percorso a piedi di circa 15 minuti. In macchina possono essere raggiunte diverse spiagge. Un posto immerso nella pace. Dal terrazzino si vede il mare in lontananza e di sera se ne può anche ascoltare il rumore.

Good value.
Lower price comes hand in hand with the older furniture in the apartment.
Regular exchange of towels, friendly owner and neighbours.
Great view, only 4 mins walk to 3 tavernas (restaurants) and 4 mins to the beach.
Astrakeri is very quite location.
If you are looking for extremely calm and distant location this is definitely the right choice for you.
However with this comes complications like no bus transport on Sunday whatsoever, difficulty to get taxi time to time, if you need to get some groceries get ready for a proper excercise.
Closest city is not definitely walking distance neither.
