The owner, George, was welcoming, kind and accommodating. The property was clean and spacious with all the necessities that we needed.
Would be good to have a mirror in the bedrooms for ladies to do hair and makeup etc.

We had a very accommodating host who was on hand to help with all queries and needs we had.
The house is located in the small village of Roda on a main road. There is a direct bus from Corfu Town to the village and then it is a 20min walk to the house. For those travelling by foot from the village to the house, be mindful that there isn't a paved road for pedestrians. You are walking on the road at times.
The guest house only has 3-4 apartments and is in a peaceful, secluded area. You are surrounded by countryside and the mountains. There is parking on the property should you wish to rent a 4x4, car or moped.
There are two options should you wish to eat outside, the terrace (facing the road) and then a section facing the garden. Both lovely spots. The main road can be a bit loud but when the doors are closed and the AC is on, you don't hear anything.
The apartment had everything one would need and more. There were beach towels, extra towels, sanitary pads, shampoo and conditioner kindly provided. And a section outside to dry any clothes. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but otherwise it had everything one might need.
The mattresses were comfortable and the bed was large. The bed linen was fresh and the apartment was spotless. It looked exactly as it appeared on the photos.
Giorgious kindly provided us with water, coffee, biscuits and drinks - that were really appreciated after our long journey!
WiFi can be unstable sometimes, but this is an issue in Corfu in general.
Overall our stay was very relaxed, peaceful and incredibly memorable. Thank you!

Appartamentino moderno, arredato in modo semplice e funzionale. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, fornisce molti consigli sulle cose da fare in zona ed è sempre contribuire per ulteriori richieste (in inglese).
La posizione rende indispensabile l'automobile, a piedi non si può fare nulla.

George ist ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er hat uns einige gute Ausflugstipps gegeben und sehr schnell und freundlich auf Whatsappnachrichten reagiert. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut eingerichtet und mit großem Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Lage ist schön, das Haus liegt relativ abgelegen bei Roda, Mietfahrzeug ist absolut zu empfehlen, es gibt auch gratis Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus (auf dem Grundstück). Die Straße wird nachts teilweise laut befahren. Wir hatten darum die Fenster nachts geschlossen, durch die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen war das kein Problem.
Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, auch die Ausstattungsliste stimmt. Lediglich ein Sessel (Ikea-Schwingsessel) stand bei uns nicht im Wohnzimmer - aber den haben wir nicht vermisst.
George hatte uns Wasser einen lokalen Softdrink und regionales Bier vorbereitet. Auch einige Kaffeekapsel standen bereit.
Die Küchenausstattung hätte etwas besser sein können, vor allem die Küchenmesser waren ziemlich stumpf und wir haben keine Schere gefunden. Wir haben ohnehin viel draußen gegessen und für einfache Mahlzeiten, Frühstück und Abendessen hat es dennoch vollkommen gereicht.
Die Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können. Es war aber ok, so dass wir uns wohlgefühlt haben und uns auch nicht bei George beschwert haben. In der Dusche gab es einige Verfärbungen in den Ecken, aber es war nicht eklig! Nach einigen Tagen gab es starke Kalkflecken, das sollte zumindest zu einem Teil am sehr mineralhaltigem Wasser gelegen haben. Die Matratze im großen Bett war für mich zu weich, ich bin relativ schwer und lag gefühlt direkt auf dem Brett unter dem Bett - es gab keinen Lattenrost. Dennoch hatte ich keinerlei Rückschmerzen innerhalb einer Woche Aufenthalt. Daher war auch das ok. :)
