In the resort 200 m from the centre of Hippach, 3.5 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 8 km from the lake, 2 km from the skiing area, directly by the river. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 200 m, bakery 300 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Ramsau i.Z. Hippach Bahnhof" 280 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 280 m, outdoor swimming pool 150 m, indoor swimming pool 4 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 8 km. Wir waren für 2 Wochen dort. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und man kann die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, den Bahnhof, das Freibad und die Restaurants fußläufig erreichen.

Unser Aufenthalt war grundsätzlich super, alles gut verlaufen: Das Apartment war sauber bei der Ankunft und alles vorhanden wie abgesprochen: Babybett + Babyhochstuhl. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel und zu empfehlen. Einzige Mängel waren die Küchenutensilien (nur ein paar Kochlöffel vorhanden, keine Ofenschalen vorhanden um zum Beispiel eine Lasagne machen zu können oder ähnlichem, keine Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine machte nicht gut sauber). Die Lage ist auch sehr gut und nahe dem Fahrradweg.

Op zich een redelijke vakantiewoning, echter bleken er ook een aantal zaken die tegenvielen. De badkamer is alleen bereikbaar via de ouderslaapkamer en het terras had geen verlichting. Verder was de badkamer niet schoon en de vaatwasser werkte niet goed. Een deel van de vaat wordt niet schoon.
