About this apartment rental
In Newport Beach California with full ocean view. Consist of the second floor and third floor of building. First floor is a different unit. (Unit number #143845). 2 floors with upstairs game room, bar and TV room. Four blocks from Newport Pier. Free wireless Internet. The apartment has a full size, completely equipped kitchen, along with 2 TVs . Comes with its own garage (parking for unit D only but washer and dryer are located in same garage and they are to be shared by other units). Just about 30 to 45 minutes to Disneyland and 15 to 20 minutes to major malls (depending on traffic). Excellent location for seeing all of Southern California.

This is our second time staying at this property, and we brought a large group and rented two of the units available. WOW. We had such a great time. Steps from the sand, hear the waves crash, and you’re mere blocks away from everything. We will absolutely be coming back.

This is the perfect location on Newport Beach. Oceanfront property with windows and a patio. Amazing for families and entertaining.A bit dated but had all the comforts of home and everything that we needed. Kitchen fully stocked. Be sure to bring soaps and shampoos as none of the bathrooms had those for showering. The house was also stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, in a few beach games.We had a blast playing pool, foosball, and shuffleboard in the evenings. The house is Central really located on the peninsula and was easy to walk and ride bikes to both Newport Pier and Balboa Pier.Julio with management was super easy to get ahold of and lovely to work with. It is a multi-tenant unit, but all of the neighbors were friendly and welcoming.We would definitely rent this place again! Thanks!!
