Beautiful three story home in Tahoe City's Dollar Point community. Newly renovated with a thoughtful and spacious design. Three private bedrooms and a fourth "bunk room". Close to ski resorts, beach, and trails. This gorgeous, luxury lakeview home is an architectural gem. Spacious design and rustic touches. Ideally located in Dollar Point, your group will enjoy access to Skylandia Beach. In the winter, this central location provides convenient access to the Tahoe City XC Trail System, Northstar, Palisades Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, and all of North Tahoe's winter fun.
As you enter on the main level you will find grand views and cozy, contemporary decor. Here you will find the kitchen, living room and dining rooms with vaulted wood ceilings and a gas fireplace. To the rear are two queen bedrooms and full bathroom with bathtub. Follow the stunning staircase upstairs and you enter a fabulous lofted area with a pull-out sofa and an absolutely breathtaking view of the Tahoe wilderness. Moving thru this space, you will find the master king bedroom and master bath with shower.

Our home is centrally located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe just 2 miles North of Tahoe City in the Dollar Point community. It is only a few blocks from the Tahoe City paved trail system and the XC Nordic Center. It is less than 30 minutes to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Homewood, Northstar, and casinos.

Parking:
There is parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.

Overall, plenty of space for our group everything was wonderful especially the views of the lake. Host was responsive & helpful throughout our stay and prior. Probably not the best option if you intend on cooking most your meals as oven isn’t the best.

Nicely designed house in a great location. Unfortunately the electrical issues in the house made for a very subpar experience. The entire side of the house with the bedrooms and all of the bathrooms had absolutely no power for the entire first day and night of our stay. No lights, no fans, no outlet power, and to top it all off, absolutely no hot water. This made a frustrating situation. We assumed it would be a short-term issue so went to sleep despite the issues. I called the property management the next morning about the issue. They sounded apologetic and sent someone over to fix it. However when I turned on the sink disposal that same day to keep the kitchen clean, the power was immediately cut again to the whole half of the house. We had plans all day and could not afford to waste any more time calling and having the property maintenance come over and over again to fix it for it to simply turn off again each time we ran the dishwasher, the sink disposal, the laundry or any heavy appliance. This resulted in us again not having lights, fans, outlet power, nor hot water for almost the entirety of our stay. I assume these issues will be fixed before any new guests arrive, if so, I would recommend staying here. The house design was unique, great for a group that wants to be in a closer setting.
