About this house rental
This sunny, light and bright home in Dollar Point is located high on a corner lot with views of the lake from almost every room in the house! Enjoy the large sunny deck on the top floor and relax in one of the lounge chairs or BBQ with friends and family. Cozy up next to the grand rock fireplace in the living room with it’s floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. There is plenty of room for a large group with five bedrooms each with its own private deck. The master suite features a huge bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and shower. Close to Tahoe City for your dining and shopping pleasures.
All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans. Deck and BBQ may not be available during winter months.
Dollar Point recreation amenities: beach, pool, tennis courts, playground are not available to renters, unless rental stay is for 31 nights or more which will require a signed lease agreement, $5000 deposit and $50 processing fee.

Great house - beautiful views, a well stocked kitchen, and very clean. We had a couple of little questions and the host was extremely responsive. Would definitely book this one again!

The house itself is a great house, BUT our experience with the management company was unacceptable. In the Primary BR the sheets did not fit the bed. No instructions for TV or thermostat. Monday of the second week, internet and TV went out and remained so for the remainder of stay. Come to find out, it had been terminated with no consideration for us as renters, following AT LEAST 5-6 calls thata were never returned. Only on the last day did we finally reached someone who finally admitted that the house was closing excrow that day. NONE of this was ever explained. We will NEVER rent from this company again. Minimal outdoor deck furniture, filthy entry and deck which we cleaned and it stayed that way for nearly our 2 week stay.
