This 100-year-old Venice Beach home is located steps from the sand on a quiet pedestrian walk street. Enjoy the beach lifestyle in this two-story, Spanish-style house. Lovingly maintained, it has original hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, and antique furniture. The sound of the ocean will rock you to sleep at night. There is a small rose-filled garden in front and a barbecue and hot tub in back. Great house for family gatherings. The kids can play on the beach or ride bikes on miles of bikepath along the coast. Many great restaurants and shopping opportunities abound within walking distance from house. Trendy Abbott Kinney is just a few blocks away. Explore the Venice Canals just a block close. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are also provided to encourage you to enjoy the casual Venice Beach lifestyle. A great central location for enjoying all of Southern California's attractions.

This was the perfect stay. The house was the perfect size for my husband and I, two 19 year olds and my in-laws. The kitchen was well equipped - the kitchen table fit all - comfortable living room. We loved the hot tub and the short walk to the beach and restaurants. Loved it!!
