The house is in Via Gino Cuccuini, 1 to 50 meters from the famous Piazza Giacomo Matteotti in Greve full of restaurants and shops with local products
The house is divided into two apartments the first is where I live, the other on the ground floor is 55 meters with a double bedroom a living room with sofa bed a kitchen and a lot of outdoor garden with barbecue for dining, reading, relaxing ... ...
Do not underestimate the private parking !!! furnished with care, TV with satellite, fireplace and independent heating system
The location is excellent for all trips and excursions in the Chianti area, in the Fiorentino area and in the Siena area, since Greve is half way along the Chiantigiana road that connects Florence and Siena.

Simone’s apartment is clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The patio overlooks a lovely garden, which we used for meals, drinks and reading. The apartment is a short walk to the main piazza and supermarket. Simone was a most accommodating host. The parking spot and nearby laundry were an added bonus.

This property is very nicely situated in Greve with quick walking access to the town’s main piazza and stores. Simone, the owner, was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and assisted us as foreigners adapting to life in Italy (mostly electrical)! “La casina” was very clean and well appointed. The only negative was laundry is not in the unit, but a lavanderia (laundry) with both self- and full-service is 25 meters away and the first shop you pass on your way to the piazza. We miss La Casina, Simone and Greve already!
