Apartment located on the ground floor of a small condominium.
The municipality requires a TOURIST TAX to be paid
at the time of CHECKIN. euro 1.50 per adult for the first seven days.
Two gardens, room with exit to the entrance garden. In the ONLY ROOM there is both the DOUBLE BED and a BED used as a sofa. On request TRAVEL BED for BABY. Bathroom with shower and bidet and kitchen with small terrace, ideal for quiet breakfasts and outdoor meals and the patio below ideal for sunbathing. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, cooking pans and pots, cutlery.
A few mn. walk from the center, flat road so easy to walk, but in a quiet area because close to the countryside and the road has no background. Free parking in front of the house and across the street. For motorcycles and bikes there is the possibility of the garage.
Perfect for two people or couple with child, business trips or just relax.

Who likes walking in a few minutes can go both in the countryside and in the center. Comfortably you reach the square where are Pasticcerie Panificio Alimentari

We were met by Maria who was lovely and so helpful. The appartment is perfect. Everything you might need , she has thought of. We would happily recommend. It is only a short walk into Greve and perfect for visiting the area around. We had no problem parking outside the property too.

Es war alles sehr sauber und auch alles vorhanden, was man benötigt in der Küche, wenn man selber kochen möchte. Ich persönlich fand den Gasherd toll und das überall Insektenschutzgitter an der Terrassen- und an der Tür zum Garten und am Schlafzimmerfenster waren. An den Türen als Schiebetür und am Fenster als Rollo.Zur Küche geht es auf die Terrasse hinaus und am Schlafzimmer zum Vorgarten. Auf beiden Seiten konnte man lauschig sitzen. Da es bei unserem Besuch sehr warm war, war es sehr angenehm, dass man hinten zur Küche raus bis nachmittags im Schatten sitzen konnte und danach vorne im Garten. Die Leute, die in dem 4-Parteienhaus wohnen, waren sehr nett, soweit ich mit ihnen Kontakt hatte. Greve selbst ist ein kleines Städtchen mit einem hübschen zentralen Platz mit Restaurants, kleinen Geschäften mit schönen Dingen. Einen kleinen Supermarkt, coop, gibt es auf der Hauptstraße, der auch zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Dahinter gibt es auch einen Parkplatz und daneben ein kleines Parkhaus, das allerdings sehr eng ist. In der näheren Umgebung sind Castellina, Radda uns Panzano zu empfehlen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und auch gut erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hat. Mit Englisch ist auch gute Verständigung möglich. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist total nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist Traumhaft. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier her kommen.
