About this cottage rental
The villa is located in a 5000m² property, the space is enclosed and closed by an electric gate. The cottage surrounded by vegetation (almond trees, laurel and pine) fits perfectly into the landscape. Tenants will enjoy a private garden where they will have the opportunity to dine or just relax and enjoy the view of the surrounding hills and the village. Everything is provided for this purpose (tables, chairs, loungers, parasol).
At the bottom of the property a play area caters for children, picnic tables and chairs are also available.
2 parking spaces are reserved for lodging. The location is close to the village and small shops (bakery, vegetables, press ...), all within 5 minutes walk. A Sollies Pont (1. 5km) Also 2 supermarkets.

In the rental price € 35 loads a package is scheduled for weekly rentals. For monthly rentals charges are extra. The house is air conditioned.

Que du positif. Équipement, localisation et relationnel avec la propriétaire: rien à redire. Nous y retournerons , nous avons un enfant qui habite Solliès Toucas.

Que du positif. A recommander. Nous étions 5 personnes 4 adultes et 1 enfant. Nous n'étions pas à l'étroit. Gîte calme nous y retournerons. La propriétaire tout en étant discrète était aux petits soins. Gîte très bien équipé.

nous avons aimé notre séjour. la petite maison est à deux pas de la boulangerie et d'un petit commerce. La location était très spacieuse et bien au calme. Nous y retournerons.
