The accommodation comprises:

Exterior:
At the rear of the property, on the hillside, you will find a flat, unoverlooked area of around 100 m2 under the pine trees, with a private, south-facing, 18 m2 wooden terrace with furniture for enjoying the fine weather.
There is also a reserved parking space on the 5,000 m² property, which is fully enclosed and surrounded by olive trees.
