Granite house perched on the cliff of Champeaux overlooking Mont St Michel and its famous tides, surrounded by a park with steep wood, located in a
dead end you will find calm without isolation. A paved path leads to the sea.
Family house furnished with taste and authenticity,
Each room has sea views. 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bedrooms with single bed. On the ground floor level are the living room, the independent kitchen very well equipped and a terrace facing south.
The rooms are distributed at level -1 and +1 with their bathroom.
At level -1 a library awaits you and at level -2 a ping pong table for rainy days and the possibility to join the park for sunny days.
ATTENTION: I do not rent the house below 4 days, it is very big and the costs would be too important.

Extraordinary views from the living room and terrace make this property. Lots of space, comfortable beds and sofas. A real pleasure to spend time in such an individual property. A holiday we will remember fondly.

Maison très agréable

Sommes partis à 2 couples avec 4 enfants de moins de 5 ans. La localisation de la maison est tout simplement exceptionnelle, bien située entre Granville et Avranches, à 30 minutes du Mt St Michel. Un excellent restaurant à proximité La Grange de Tom.
Points positifs : Accueil par M. et Mme Plessis (Un grand merci pour leur aide et leurs conseils); Maison parfaitement équipée (cuisine, salon, chambres, sdb, terrasse); 2 espaces chambres/sdb au -1 et au 1er (séparés par l'espace salon / sam / cuisine) ce qui a permis à chaque famille d'avoir son "chez soi". La cuisine est neuve et le salon / salle à manger est confortable. Les literies sont plutôt confortables et les 2 chambres double ont une belle superficie.
Points négatifs : EDF non inclus (avons consommé 1000 kWh pour la sem. en plus du loyer); ménage non inclus ET IMPOSE par les propriétaires (à rajouter donc au loyer(toutefois cette prestation n'étant pas précisée dans notre contrat Mme Charpentier a accepté de ne pas nous la faire payée)); le prix global nous parait donc excessivement élevé pour une maison dont certains aspects sont défréchis (Baies vitrées et fenêtres en très mauvais état laissant passer le vent ET LA PLUIE dans le salon ... nous en avons fait les frais ... d'où une conso EDF dramatique; abats-jours très dégradés et ne tenant plus sur les pieds de lampes; moquettes et papiers peint en mauvais état à certains endroits, salle de jeu non entretenue).
Proposition d'amélioration : Le changement des portes-fenêtres et fenêtres anciennes nous semble impératif pour continuer à louer cette maison l'hiver. Inclure les charges (EDF / Ménage) dans le loyer afin qu'il n'y ait pas de "mauvaise surprise" pour les futurs locataires.
Nous avons malgré tout passé un excellent séjour, la propriétaire Mme Charpentier a été très réactive concernant les remarques que nous lui avons faites, et nous a bien conseillé concernant les commerces à proximité. Un grand merci !
