About this apartment rental
Apartment located 20m from the Tram, you can arrive directly from the airport via tram (20 min). 100 m from the beach (Florida Beach) and the Promenade des Anglais. 2 km from the place Massena and 3 km from the port. All amenities nearby, laundry, parking, grocery store, bakery, restaurants ... A balcony for lunch and a blind to protect ourselves from the sun of our Riviera. Super small apartment, extremely handy for trams and beach. Only a couple of tram stops to the centre of Nice and 7 stops to Airport, perfect!
Only downside was it was slightly noisy due to proximity of trams. Other than that ideal apartment for a visit to Nice.
Owners were very friendly and answered any queries very quickly.
