Le Clos des Pommiers welcomes you in a bucolic setting in Pleudihen-sur-Rance, on the banks of the Rance, 10 minutes from Dinan, 20 minutes from Saint-Malo, 25 minutes from Cancale, 30 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel.
This three-star, 80 m2 independent house with parking is fully equipped for a pleasant stay:
Dining room with Wifi, TV, DVD player, gas barbecue, garden furniture, terrace, bicycles (available free of charge), equipped kitchen.
1 Bedroom with 1 bed of 140, 1 Bedroom with 2 beds of 90, 1 Bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90 and a sofa bed in the living room is 8 beds in total maximum.
1 bathroom, 2 separate toilets, 1 shower room, washing machine, hairdryer, iron.
Large garden with trees (lots of fruit trees).
Possibility of loaning baby equipment (ask us beforehand).
end of stay cleaning: 65 euros
(household linen provided and the beds are made on arrival, service included in the price)
rental possible for two nights minimum
Possibility to rent another accommodation for 4 people if necessary for a total of 12 people maximum
Our friends animals are not allowed, non-smoking accommodation

Gîte bien situé.dans le logement au niveau vaisselle il y a vraiment de quoi pour les familles. Très propre.
Pour les chambres ,lits trop petit en longueur.(surtout pour des grands ado).Nous avons eu très froid dans les chambres ,car les radiateurs n étaient pas réglés (nous avons du y remédier).Il manque un radiateur dans une chambre. Sinon pour le reste c'est le top pour une famille avec des petits enfants.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment chez Sonia. Le gîte est très propre et pratique, le jardin idéal pour passer de bons moments avec les enfants.
La situation géographique est idéale pour visiter l’axe Dinan - St Malo.
Sonia a été très accueillante, nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Un accueil sympathique et un gîte confortable bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce petit coin de Bretagne proche de Dinan et Saint Malo.

le cadre est sympa, la maison propre, la propriétaire agréable, cependant il manque pas mal d'accessoires coté cuisine, une petite odeur d'humidité , problème de manque de VMC prevoir une séparation dans le jardin pour éviter que les enfants du propriétaire jouent devant la porte de la location. la propriétaire devrait penser à faire l'inventaire de la vaisselle etc chose qui n'a pas été fait lors de l'arrivée. manque d'indication pour le dépot des poubelles (verres, carton etc)
