About this villa rental
Let yourself be tempted for a holiday with family or friends by the charm of this thatched family villa.
It is located in a privileged environment, residential and green. It is close to downtown, shops. And at ten-fifteen minutes walk from the sea or the forest. You will be seduced by its ideal situation.
The villa is surrounded by a garden and planted on its dune.
You will appreciate its calm, the authenticity and its just comfort .: it is equipped with the wifi, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer.
Here is how the rooms of the villa are distributed:
-The living room is with bay window, the sitting area with fireplace, television, wifi, DVD player, the dining area with extending table (10 to 12 people).
- The kitchen is separate but with hatch overlooking the dining area, equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave.
- 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor (each with a double bed 140) with French window overlooking the large wooden terrace and garden.
- 2 bedrooms are upstairs (one with a single bed 90, the other with 2 single beds in 80 can be close together if a couple). .
- A fifth bedroom with a double bed 140 (upstairs) can be made available to vacationers if necessary.
Total: 7 to 9 beds.
Possibility to add in one or the other of the rooms, one or two cot umbrella canvas for young children or a small child mattress.
The floor is wooden or tiled. No carpet.
- There are 2 bathrooms: one is on the ground floor with large shower and sink, the other upstairs with bath and shower, sink and wc sanibroyeur.
- There are two separate toilets on the ground floor (one at the entrance and one near the bedrooms) and a third upstairs in the bathroom.
-A Mezzanine floor: play area, reading or relaxing with armchairs.
-All necessary for babies is available: two beds umbrella, two high chairs, a changing mat, a small bath ...
-In the garage: a washing machine, a tumble dryer; a second refrigerator can serve as an extra, three to four adult bikes, beach toys, a surfboard, fishing nets, a beach umbrella, beach chairs ... It is possible to put your own things (stroller, bikes, etc..).
- The garden of some 1100 M2 surrounds the villa. It has a large sunny and protected wooden terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue). Two rooms are directly accessible (without steps) from the terrace through French windows.
-Accessibility: due to the stairs to access the villa (see photo) and some steps separating the different levels of the ground floor, indoors, the villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
- Linen service is available: it can be provided with sheets, duvet covers, towels, tea towels, napkins. It is optional.
-The cleaning fee after rental is 50 euros.
Linen service (if requested) and the cleaning fee are to be paid at the reception and delivery of the keys.
-The villa is non smoking.
-The animals are not allowed (to avoid allergies).
-Environment: Hardelot-plage (seaside resort of Neufchâtel-Hardelot) is located 10 km from Boulogne-sur-Mer and 15 km from Le Touquet. Exit Motorway of the littoral to 5 km.
Stations near Etaples and Boulogne-sur-mer; or Calais Frethun TGV station 40km.

Between dunes and forest, in the heart of the Opal Coast, the seaside resort is a paradise for lovers of nature, sport and for families: 2 golfs, tennis, famous riding club, pony club, ballads in cycling, hiking on marked trails, in the forest and of course on sand yachting, speed sail, surf kit, fishing on foot...
- To discover: the seaside, the sandy beach, the forest, the hinterland of Boulonnais, the dunes, hiking trails. We will give you stroll ideas.

It was fantastic to stay in such a wonderfull house! The children loved the lego and we had a very nice week. Beautiful terrace and a the playground just next to the house was of course also a succes! Merci a la famille to let us stay at your place!

Das Haus ist schön und urig. Es hat alles was man braucht. Ideal mit der Familie. Tolle Lage mit Spielplatz um die Ecke. Fantastische Natur. Einfach schön. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Es war
ein toller Aufenthalt.

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern zwischen 4 Monaten und 9 Jahren für eine Woche über den Jahreswechsel hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Hardelot-Plage ist ein süßes kleines Örtchen mit ein paar Geschäften und einem schönen Strand. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und schön groß, es gab für uns alle genug Platz auch Mal für ruhigere Momente. Vor allem gab es genug Badezimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Küche, was uns immer wichtig ist. Auch die Terrasse und der Garten haben einen guten Eindruck gemacht, aber im Winter haben wir beides nicht genutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
