Emplacement centre ville donc particulièrement intéressant
L'appartement n'est pas du tout insonorisé, on vit avec les voisins, de plus la vue sur des hauts murs à 2m est stressante. Douche, wc, marches sur le plancher , rien n'a de secret. Il m'est même arrivé de me réveiller en pleine nuit en pensant qu'un inconnu s'était introduit dans la chambre .....
