About this cottage rental
This 250 m² holiday home spans three levels and comfortably accommodates thirteen people. On the ground floor, three bedrooms, two of which are accessible from the outside, offer double beds (140-160 cm) and have en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms. A fourth, raised bedroom combines a double bed and a single bed, while a fifth bedroom with a mezzanine occupies the second floor, furnished with a double bed and two single beds. The bright living room opens onto an enclosed outdoor area, and the modern kitchen with an upstairs dining area has direct access to the terrace, providing a convivial setting for sharing meals and relaxing moments. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, wood-burning stove, washing machine, dishwasher, and geothermal heating, ensuring optimal comfort throughout your stay. There is a heated lagoon pool (open from May to September), a covered area and lawn for outdoor games, and the property is located right next to the Le Gand River. Zeer prettige verhuurder, zeer ruime kamers. Beetje rommelig, bovenkamers erg warm. Hele leuke overdekte buitenruimte met barbecue. Al met al een fijn vakantiehuis.
