The 130 m² Gîte la Creuse comprises a ground floor and two upper floors, accommodating up to 8 people. The living area, approximately 35 m², includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy lounge with a fireplace, opening onto a large southwest-facing terrace and the 720 m² enclosed garden. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, and a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed. The house features a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a four-person sauna available as an optional extra (€100). The attic, converted into a lounge and games room, offers a relaxing space with a television and two additional single beds, ideal for children. A garage for bicycles, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fiber optic internet connection, cleaning, and heating are included, completing the comfort of this holiday home.
