A 1,500m² private garden with a carport and a pétanque court is included. You'll appreciate the tranquility of the setting as you stroll along the 3,500m² pond belonging to the accommodation. (Fishing is not permitted.)
In addition, the property has another cottage for two people, approximately 400m away. In a setting combining charm and modernity, this recently renovated detached house offers exceptional comfort and luxury. Its interior, with clean lines, is spacious and bright. What an amazing surprise! This is the perfect holiday base in the countryside yet only a 5 minute drive to the lovely town of Montbrison. The Gite is beautifully appointed, exquisitely decorated, extremely comfortable with all modern conveniences, and in a relaxing, tranquil setting. Sitting on a hilltop, the views of Montbrison and beyond are stunning. The goats and donkeys are friendly and enjoy a daily carrot treat! Fabienne is the most gracious and helpful of hosts. Warm and friendly but not intrusive. We will be back! (p.s. check out The Black Cherry cafe for an Australian Flat White!)
