This detached, south-facing house of 73 m² accommodates up to five people in a peaceful, green setting. Carefully restored, this 1840 property offers a welcoming living room with a fireplace and sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms: the first on the ground floor with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, and the second upstairs with a 140 cm double bed and a cot. The house has two toilets and a shower room, central heating, and internal access. Outside, there is a 300 m² enclosed garden, a sunny terrace, and a balcony with views of the surrounding countryside. For group or extended family stays, another four-person cottage is available 50 meters away. Pets are welcome, and the space is designed to safely accommodate small animals. Book your holiday at the Les Acacias gîte and escape to the Loire Valley in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, nestled between fields, hills, and authentic villages.
