From the attic studio you have a beautiful lake and mountain view.
An open design of the room, two equally sized bedrooms with double beds, a shower with toilet, an open kitchen and 2 balconies and an exit to the upper garden area.
Both apartments of our house are equipped with dishwasher, microwave, satellite, wi-fi connection.
Children and pets are welcome. Pets only in the EC apartment desired.
Garden use and barbecue facilities available.

Sehr schöne Dachgeschosswohnung mit einem tollen Blick zum Bodensee über die Dächer Überlingens hinweg. Die Fotos versprechen nicht zuviel! Absolut empfehlenswert!
Die Innenstadt und das Bodenseeufer liegen in Fußreichweite.

Die in die Jahre gekommene Dachgeschosswohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet am Hang von Überlingen. Durch die große verglaste Balkonfront hat man einen schönen Blick über den Bodensee. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Ausflüge in der Region gut geeignet. Bereits in 15 Minuten kann man zu Fuß bergab im touristischen Zentrum sein, wo u. a. auch der Bahnhof, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, ein Bioladen und Metzgereien ansässig sind. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung empfanden wir als erneuerbar. Das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis passte unter diesen Gegebenheiten für uns nicht überein.
