Self check-in. Location centrale. Accesso all'appartamento al piano rialzato di 9 gradini
Riscaldamento con termosifoni assente. Porte anticamera e zona soggiorno/cucina in legno non chiudibili( non isolano dal freddo). Necessario usare il condizionatore con pompa di calore per scaldare le 2 aree. Se usato di notte l'unità esterna é rumorosa. Prelievo su carta di credito di Euro 150 come deposito per eventuali danni

Struttura situata in ottima posizione dotata di un buon numero di comfort
Purtroppo la tv non era sintonizzata La prima sera non abbiamo potuto vedere la tv Nonostante avessimo contattato l’assistenza nessuno è venuto a fornirci supporto L’appartamento è poco insonorizzato

- blisko do dworca - bardzo dobra lokalizacja jeżeli chodzi o wspaniale restauracje - cicha, spokojna okolica (w tym sezonie) - bardzo dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny - dwie toalety - czysto - wygodne łóżka - bezkontaktowe zameldowanie
- musieliśmy dużo grzać klimatyzacją, bo strasznie zimno od tych płytek. Taki Włoski klimat :)

Very good location, in the center of La Spezia, very close to the train station and to restaurants. The apartment was clean and has everything you need inside.
