Location good, close to town, beach and walks. Lovely house, clean, light and spacious; comfortable and interesing funishings. Good facilities -showers, bath, living rooms. Lovely gardens.
Had to move chairs/create seating to accommodate seven, (six dining chairs only around dining table). One person on floor in living room, but plenty of cushion so OK. Took us a while to work out use of oven in kitchen, upper electric over smelt of fish when on so we stopped using that. Used and unclean baking tray in over (couldn't find any others) so we had to clean. Outdoor lights not working.

What a stunning house, with many interesting and quirky features! Despite its size it felt very cosy and warm. We were a group of 5 adults and at one point, having down time after an excursion, found ourselves each in a different room of the house without actually seeking quiet and solitude. Very peaceful.
The house is very well equiped with sharp kitchen knives (a rare holiday let luxury), high quality saucepans and a large fridge/freezer.
The beds were very comfortable and there were 3 bath/shower rooms plus a downstairs loo.
The gardens are wonderful and safely enclosed if you have young children or a dog.
We'd definitely stay again both for the house and the location, near town and sea.
As someone else mentioned a second key would be very helpful to allow independence of movement in a group.

Really quirky, atmospheric house which was far more spacious than expected from the photos. It was great to have a large dining table and multiple seating areas for a bigger group. We also appreciated the wide range of games given we were staying on a wet weekend in February.
