About this apartment rental
The Magnolienhof apartment is part of our historic farm in the classic style of the Lower Rhine. The family-owned farm dates back to 1839. The apartment was completely renovated in spring 2019.
Located in the middle of the Schwalm-Nette nature park, the Magnolienhof is the ideal starting point for bike tours and hikes - for example to the nearby castle community of Brüggen or to the Hariksee (each about 1.5 km)
Due to the good connection, Messe Düsseldorf can also be reached in about half an hour.
Our apartment (~ 70 sqm) has:
• A bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
• A bedroom with closet and pull-out bed for two people (a travel cot is also available)
• A living room with a couch, three armchairs, cupboard, table, flat screen TV and WiFi
• A separate kitchen with dining table for 4 people and fitted kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster ect.
• A bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet
• A hall with mirror and cloakroom
• A storage room with washer and dryer
• Parking space for cars and storage space for bicycles
• garden with terrace

Schöne große FeWo mit Garten und Parkplatz in ruhiger Lage und denoch zentral gelegen für diverse Ausflüge. Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieterin. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben.
