Logement bien situé qui donne l'impression d'être chez l'habitant, à proximité de commerces et du Panier
Les frais liés à la caution (c'est la première fois que l'on me facture de tels frais ! (alors que je voyage depuis 40 ans! )
Le ton menaçant lié à la restitution de cette caution alors qu'il n'y a pas d'inventaire de ce qui est mis à disposition ( il n'y avait que 2 cuillères à café par exemple) et que si l'appartement est relativement propre, on voit bien qu'il n'a pas été nettoyé sérieusement avant notre arrivée (nombreuses taches au sol, en particulier dans la salle de bain).
Les taies d'oreiller pour le canapé ont été retrouvés en boule dans l'armoire (!)
Si le matelas du lit était très correct, celui du canapé était très "cheap".
