Nice apartment, close to the port. Plenty of space and everything you need nearby.
Grocery store 30 meters, grill house 50 meters.
We just stayed overnight but really enjoyed the apartment.
The mattress was to hard for us.

The location is good if you need to catch the ferry the day after.there is a bus service to the town centre or you can walk about 15-20 minutes.there are places to eat as well, just 2 min walk.
I think this apartment is not for family with small kids, too many stairs and no safe for kids.you can not sleep properly because of the noise from the street and as well the airplanes always been giving much noise.
