The flat was beautiful and tastefully decorated. It felt homely yet contemporary. It was spotless and clean on arrival. The host was excellent and was easy to communicate with. It is very central and literally a minutes walk to all the shops, cafes etc. The flat was lovely and warm. The beds were really comfy. We also liked how there was plenty of spaces to keep coats/luggage outwith the main living areas. The building itself is beautiful from the outside. It is also really quiet as it is an estate agents below so no other noises coming from other flats around you/underneath you.
The only real negative (which is nothing to do with the flat itself) is because it is so centrally located, and the road outside is cobbled, then it can be quite loud early in the early morning with lorries/cars passing by outside so maybe not ideal if you have young children.
