The location is perfect - central Hawick and within walking distance to transport, sights, attractions and the main high street. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom has ample clean towels.
The flat is situated on the top floor and there are a lot of stairs. step and winding. The kick board in the kitchen comes away when you opened the dishwasher. I think the property should have been a lot cleaner than it was (maybe a deep clean is required) - the floors had residue in corners and around the skirting boards.

Modern and clean. Beds were comfortable and the amenities offered everything we needed and more. It was a last minute booking yet they were very accommodating
The flat was up two flights of spiral stairs. This wasn’t an issue for us but could be difficult with heavy bags or any disabilities. They may have other properties available that could better accommodate; ours was last minute and last availability.

Hadn’t been cleaned since last occupants but The host was quick to get someone in to clean it. we had to wait for an hour till this was done. It was cleaned but definitely not to the best standard. Although we still had to pay full price. The beds were very uncomfortable as was the couch and chairs in the lounge. The weather was bad so we spent a lot of time indoors, pretty uncomfortable fir that.
