The view from our room and the beach was beautiful, and the gym was well-equipped. Also, Gul Raiz provided a wonderful evening and showed true hospitality, and Alexandra was kind.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not match the 5-star label. The breakfast was basic and exactly the same every day. Staff did not answer the phone when we called for parking help, and when we arrived, we were rudely told the garage was full — no assistance was offered, and we drove around for over 30 minutes. At the beach, we were constantly pushed to book the overpriced restaurants. Shockingly, bringing your own water was not allowed, and bottled water at the hotel cost €8 each — unacceptable in hot weather.
