The location was great, lovely quiet area. The host was really lovely. The house had the amount of bedrooms we required which is a big plus and makes everything easier!
The property is lacking in maintenance throughout with lots of little bits broken or needed sorted.Cleaning-the main bits were clean (beds and bathrooms etc) but a lot of more deep clean areas were not clean such as skirting boards, walls, cupboards inside, the outside area was very slippery when wet as has not been cleaned.

Beds were very low . Not good for anyone with bad knees etc

The beds weren't that comfy. The house was chilly when we arrived, but soon warmed up once we'd put the heaters on. Needs a lot of TLC, painting, kitchen equipment need cleaning etc

The location. Right next to Alton towers easy to walk in. Enough bathrooms to go round and quiet location
No hooks by the front door to hang up outdoor coats. Needs a shoe rack near the front door. Also needs coasters for drinks
