Superb location and clear key instructions. Very clean and tidy. Lots of amenities.
Some of bedframes had issues and the downstairs bathroom door. But overall did not hinder the stay.

Alverton was very close to Alton Towers entrance as described. A bit hard to find, but once we arrived the accommodation was as described and comfortable.
Although on the surface everything appeared clean and smelled of bleach. Underlying issues with dust and cobwebs made it obvious that it had only received a minimal clean.
It was difficult to find a shop which stocked any items we required.

Location is amazing to go to Alton Towers. 5 5-minute walk and you're there.
There is no outdoor space (a picnic bench only). The whole place is very worn and needs a lot of TLC. Finally, the host. Started off ok, but when I raised some concerns about what previous reviews had said, she cut off all communication with me all together. Not really a problem, but not a way to run a business either.
