Nice affordable apartment with self check-in. Host sent detailed instructions and is responsive, i.e. he clearly cares about guests having a good stay. Bed was comfortable. I had the furthest room from the street and it was very quiet. It's probably meant for travelers who are leaving for the airport but you can totally stay here for a longer Brussels visit too. It's a bit far from the center but is well served by public transportation.
There isn't a sink in the bathroom. Also the tap water tastes very weird, might not be drinkable

We liked that the property was close to the bus station and metro: Bordet. We had a small kitchen and the shower was comfortable with the warm water available. It was quiet all the time as well, so we liked it overall
The towels provided smelled. The heater was not working all the time so we were cold sometimes. In the morning the room was so warm the windows were all wet and the window accumulated a lot of water. The bathroom didn’t have a sink so we had to use the small one in the kitchen area

The bed was brilliant and the transport links also.
The room is tiny to have "kitchen" fridge , side desk and the sink close to the bed. The sink is used as a toilette basin and also as a dish sink. Stairs should be highlighted in the description as it is not mobiliity friendly.
