The apartment has a great location, very close to the city centre and extremely well connected by metro, buses and public transport. The place was clean and tidy, and the host was available throughout our stay and replied to messages quickly, which we appreciated. We had an issue with hot water one day, but maintenance arrived promptly and resolved it quickly.

Surrounding area did not feel particularly safe, especially during the evening. While this is obviously outside of the host’s control, solo travellers, particularly women, may want to consider this when choosing accommodation. The street itself was also quite dirty and had a noticeable amount of rubbish, which affected the overall impression of the location. Additionally, regulating the water temperature in the apartment was somewhat difficult and took time to adjust properly. Adding shelves in the shower for toiletries would also be a useful improvement.

It was conveniently located

The room was in a building among other rooms where tenants were living and the were not very neighbour friendly. There was no privacy at all. People would start talking loudly early in the morning and the same could go on till midnight. The shower was not good at all. The room itself was nicely maintained.
