This magnificent villa is located at 500 meters from the beaches of Salis and Ilette (10 minutes on foot), as well as near the small local shops (groceries, bakery, restaurants, press, pharmacies...).
Antibes town center is a 15-minute walk away, as are the restaurants of Juan-les-Pins, its bars and nightclubs.
Its beautiful garden is perfect for a barbecue, while the swimming pool provides a good refreshment during hot days.
A bus stop is 2 mins away.

Beautiful Villa. Fabulous accommodation of 4 double bedrooms. 2 with en-suite. Great air conditioning. Lovely to sit outside in the garden, have a barbecue, sunbath and swim. The kitchen is well stocked with all the glasses, crockery, cooking pans etc everything you need. Such a friendly host met us on arrival and departure. will come again. Thank you.

Propriétaire charmant, accueil ponctuel et parfait, reçu avec petites attention comme le café, des fruits, du vin, des pâtes et spécialitées local. Vraiment top. Merci encore.
