This 220 m² villa is an ideal place for family or friends' holidays. It is the perfect choice for relaxing holidays with family or friends, close to all the tourist attractions in the region.
With its 4 spacious bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and overlooks the garden, with a large adjoining bathroom for more privacy. The three other bedrooms are located upstairs, all bright and with a beautiful view of the garden and the swimming pool. Two of them also have a large terrace to enjoy the beautiful surrounding views and the sun.
The living room is the perfect gathering place, with its large bay windows that let in natural light for optimal comfort. The decoration is very carefully done with a fireplace corner offering a warm touch for cool evenings. The large table allows for dining with family or friends. The kitchen is equipped like at home and you will be able to cook the meals of your choice.
Outside, you have a barbecue area with a large table to enjoy summer barbecues, sun loungers to relax by the pool and a pleasant lounge area to have an aperitif at sunset. The villa also has a wifi connection to stay connected during your stay. You can also park up to 3 cars safely thanks to the alarm present in the house.

Perfect central location to be able to walk to either Juan Le Pen or old Antibes and the train station connecting to the rest of the Riviera. The house was clean with plenty of space for four couples or a big family. The pool is just a bonus! Cold blowing air conditioning, which is hard to find in most of Europe.

A lovely spacious home for our group. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. The location was good with easy walking to beaches and restaurants. The manager promptly attended to a minor repair issue.

We really enjoyed our holiday in this comfortable and spacious villa during our two week stay. My husband and I stayed with a group of friends and there was plenty of space for the six of us. The villa was perfectly clean and well-stocked with amenities. The property manager, Nadia, was warm, friendly and very punctual. We got locked out of the villa at one point and she came to our rescue helping us to find a local locksmith to help us back in. It was great to know that not only were we getting what we expected in the villa but also that Nadia was there in case we needed any assistance.
The villa is well-located in between Juan Le Pins and Antibes and everything easily accessible via a short walk. Groceries, wine, beach, restaurants-- it's all super accessible.
I would highly recommend the villa and hope we can return next year!
