Nice big rooms, excellent customer service and overall clean and well maintained. It’s away from the main temple bar area but very walkable.
I booked a king room but the bed is probably more like a queen, nonetheless comfortable and we had extra pillows. The bathroom lacks heater and can be cold.

The location was good for us. Central enough to public transportation and walking to many destinations, but quiet
The staff was very friendly and polite but very little help when asking for directions, how long it would take to get to various places, or about public activities around town. In addition, it appears the room service folks didn't start work until midday when people were checking out. During our four day stay, there was no one around to clean our room when we were out in the mornings and they were too busy to get to it in the afternoons if we didn't specifically ask for something. The heavy comforter on the bed left little room between warm enough and boiling.

We appreciated the good energy brought by the staff, especially in the very early morning ( Luigi’s very positive and helpful attitude brightened our morning, at 4 AM nonetheless).
Beds were small and bent, walls were thin and we heard a lot of violent activity accross other rooms.
