Great location. The accommodation was really comfortable. The facilities meet all of my needs. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom and the well equipped kitchen were very workable. I loved the decoration especially the elephant cushion!
I have mobility issues, The entrance hall is a bitch, I tripped over twice and nearly hurt myself. Potentially it's a trip hazard.

Excellent location only a short walk from the centre of Cirencester, we were able to park on the road outside the apartment each day which was a great bonus , the flat had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend and was excellent value for money
The bedroom could do with more electric sockets & better location of them especially in regards to the mirror for drying her hair

De locatie van het appartement, dicht bij het centrum en voldoende mogelijkheden om daar het ontbijt te halen. Wij hadden geluk dat we voor het appartement konden parkeren. Voor ons tweeën was het zeer ruim en bood alle faciliteiten om een aantal dagen door te brengen. Het was de uitvalsbasis voor een aantal dorpen in de omgeving en voor Cotswolds wildlife park.
De overbuurman wees ons de weg naar de juiste deur toen hij ons zag zoeken. Blijkbaar had hij dit al vaker ervaren.

Location was good a 10 minute walk to town centre.
No Heating!! Requested a fan heater but not supplied. This is not a new issue as many previous reviews mention lack of heating but I thought this would have been resolved before our stay. The flat was cold and unwelcoming. Electric towel rails in kitchen and bathroom were broken and did not work. The night storage heaters did not work and need a service by a professional. Flat needs a deep clean. Toilet brush was soiled and filthy. Tuesday check in but still couldn’t access property until 4pm . Management company are not acting on the complaints and made no effort to ensure flat was warm (heating working) or hot water was on which have been the main complaints in previous reviews. Nobody wants to be taking time from their holiday to resolve these issues or upset by lack of resolution making the stay less enjoyable.
