The size, the amenities and most importantly the response time and friendliness of the host and her staff
I liked everything. It is a busy street so it might get a bit noisy with the windows opened but that’s part of the charm

Nice small apartment in the Belgrade city center. It was clean and cozy. Free parking was available. Although the location is in city center near traffic road we have quiet an peaceful night. I recommend it.
Everything was great, only access to the parking spot behind the building could be problematic if you have biger vehicle.

Very good location.
Very small parking place and it was full of construction materials. The building is shared with other businesses and people living there. The neighbors are very unhappy that there are tourist staying in the building and are rude with you if you are unlucky to meet them. The rooms are on the top floor and the bed was shaking every time a big truck was driving on the main street (you feel like in a earthquake). The bathroom requires extra cleaning.
