The location and it was clean but not very clean. The cleaning personal should clean also after the sofa in the living room.
The fact that the lady from the downstairs, blonde one with blue eyes told my husband to leave the baggages outside the building instead to leave him to put them inside the building on a corner but to be inside at the front desk. This i found very rude of them!
Also, the cooking machine didn’t work. The electric one it was non functional.

Location was excellent, 5 min walk to Galeria mall and BW waterfront. Around 20 min walk to Knjez Mihailova street (city center). The apartment was clean and comfortable, the parking was perfect, communication with staff was excellent. Very nice lunch bar in the same building for brunch.
The pillows are too hard and stiff.
