Gute Ausstattung, außergewöhnlich viele Küchengeräte. Klasse Beamer!!! Gute Lage, zu Fuß einkaufen und auch der Busbahnhof direkt vor der Dürre. Der Döner um die Ecke ist auch klasse, wenn man mal nicht kochen mag. Mehrere Kühlschränke waren sehr praktisch

We loved the house! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, getting the keys and handing them back was very easy, and the house is beautiful and clean! We were very happy there!

The kitchen was comfortably large but the kitchen sink faucet was very loose. The refrigerator was large, as was the second one in the basement. The washer/dryer were good, as were the areas they were in. The beds were all comfortable and so was all the interior lighting. Plenty of hot water & the tap water was good. There were several floor fans available to keep the heat down.
The Main gate was difficult to open/close. The Outside entrance pathway was significantly overgrown, as was the entire back yard. The outside house walls were almost entirely overgrown with ivy that made the pathway lighting, that was on the wall, under the ivy, very dim. The upper & lower wood decking were in deteriorated condition.One of the deck boards on the deck adjacent to the kitchen door was loose & slid apart when someone, while moving the bench on top of it, slide apart from the others. The 1st floor front room contained only a large, square table & chairs with no livingr room type couch & chairs for relaxation & conversation. The stairs to the 2nd floor made loud, creaking noise that woke up people that were asleep. The locks to the bathroom on the 1st floor was very difficult to unlock by the teenager trying to get out of that room. The second floor bathroom contained a very high-sided bathtub without shower curtain, with unusual shower head that easily got the room very wet.
