Excellent experience.
The one bed room apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the building and has the inner courtyard view / parking spaces, which is ok. No noise and safe, since the parking courtyard is accessible only by the main gate that is locked.
The apartment is fully equipped up to smallest detail, very clean and very comfortable. Whatever you think if, you have it. Good even for a longer stay.
Very easy check in thanks to a well organized host. Easy instructions by video clips. Well done!
Shops, cafes, restaurants; all available in a few minutes of walk. The City centre is 10 minutes away by walking, and the Danube corniche even closer.
The secure parking space is a great benefit; a bit tight, but no problem at all.
For recommendation.
Who needs the TV shall be unhappy. Cable channels only randomly available, and the tv software bugs a lot. However, this TV issue was of no importance for me.

Location a bit under developed and far from centre (15mins walk)
Living/kitchen area combined and very tight.
Ground floor, so a bit dark.
Missing some important kitchen items (eg tongs, strainer..)

The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the city center.
The apartment was extremely comfortable, clean, and well laid out.
The parking was awesome, a large assigned space in a nice underground garage with elevator access from the garage to the apartment floor corridor. It could not have been any easier.
Highly recommended as the perfect place in Novi Sad.
