From the moment we arrived at the apartment, Ivana was super kind and helpful. She's an excellent host. The apartment looked exactly like the photos: new, cozy, and comfortable. We felt right at home. The bed is wonderful (10/10). The apartment is very safe, has good Wi-Fi, and is in an excellent location. It's also spotlessly clean, and the bed linens and towels are high quality. As stated in the listing, parking costs an extra €10 per day. However, the parking is in the building itself, with a closed garage and covered area.
I wouldn't say that I dislike the points listed below; it's just my opinion.
* You're renting an apartment, so there's no breakfast service. However, you can: 1) Pay extra for breakfast at the Pupin Hotel, which is in the same building. 2) Have breakfast on Tourist Avenue, which is less than a five-minute walk away.
3) Buy something at the market, which is also in the same building.
* The fitness center is in the same building but not included. You need to pay a daily fee of 10 euros to use it during business hours.
* The towels were not changed during our four-night stay, but they were high quality and did not get soaked. If you stay longer, I believe you only need to ask Ivana for two extra towels.

The apartment was spotless, beautiful interior and everything so clean and nice, even the baby crib was made so cute. Host was really nice, fridge was prepared with welcome drinks and we had an amazing stay there. Highly recommend!
